Marketing Research Scenario?
Say that you own a bike company, and are planning to introduce one of two lines of bikes ; the road bike and the youth bike. How would you use marketing research to gather information that would help you make the decision? What information should you be aiming for?
I starred earlier but didn’t answer because I’m not a marketing expert. You’ve got nothing so far, so you’ll have to make do with me 
Find out what the population demographics are like. Are there a lot of kids in the market? Are there a lot of old people who won’t buy a bike?
How many people cycle to work/school rather than drive? What are the average incomes of the people in the market? What will they be able to afford – Expensive or cheap and cheerful?
